Having grown up on a farm in Northeast Iowa, I bring to Fischer Law the resourcefulness and "can-do" attitude that was instilled in me at a young age. Prior to becoming a legal assistant, I developed a diverse set of skills as an office manager for a non-profit, a visual identity consultant, and a graphic designer for an international magazine. I love to spend time with my husband, Nathan, and two teenage sons. Music plays a large part in the Beran household--I am a handbell choir director and participate in two concert wind ensembles as a percussionist. I am also on the New Ulm Fine Arts Boosters Board and am an enthusiastic supporter of local music and theatre. Other favorite pastimes include reading, knitting, crafting, doing puzzles, camping, and traveling.
